Deposit and Payment Disclaimer
Please read carefully
Kindly note that the deposit amount is non-refundable and must be paid to reserve the date and time of your booking. The remaining balance must be settled three business days prior to your event. Nevertheless, if you need to cancel your booking, and the full balance has been paid in advance, we will issue a refund, deducting the non-refundable deposit, as long as we receive cancellation notification at least seven business days before the scheduled event.
