    We provide photo booth services for weddings, corporate events, birthday parties, school dances, trade shows, holiday parties, and more. If you have a special occasion in mind, just ask—chances are we’ve done it before!

  • What packages do you offer, and what’s included?

    Our standard packages include 2–4 hours of booth time, an attendant, unlimited prints, digital copies, props, and a customizable print template. Add-ons include extra hours, custom backdrops, guest books, social media sharing stations, and branded photo strips.

  • How far in advance should I book?

    We recommend booking at least 4–6 months in advance for weddings and peak seasons (October–December). For smaller events or off-peak dates, 2–3 months’ notice is usually sufficient.

  • Do you require a deposit? What is your cancellation policy?

    A non-refundable deposit of 25% of your package total secures your date. The remaining balance is due 14 days before the event. Cancellations made more than 30 days in advance receive credit toward a future booking; cancellations within 30 days forfeit the deposit.

  • What kind of photo booth do you provide?

    We offer enclosed “magic mirror” booths, open-air booths, GIF-only kiosks, and vintage-style wooden booths. All include professional lighting and high-resolution prints.

  • Can we customize the photo prints?

    Absolutely! We can design your photo strip or postcard-style print with your event logo, names, date, custom colors, and messaging. You’ll receive proof to approve before printing.

  • How many guests can fit in the booth at once?

    Our open-air booths comfortably accommodate up to 10 people, while enclosed booths fit 2–4 guests. If you anticipate larger group shots, we recommend the open-air setup.

  • Do you provide props and backdrops?

    Yes—standard packages include a fun assortment of props (hats, glasses, signs) and a solid-color backdrop. You can upgrade to themed props and custom backdrops (e.g., branded step-and-repeats, floral walls, and neon signs).

  • How long does it take to get our photos?

    Printed strips come out immediately—about 10–15 seconds per strip. Digital galleries are delivered within 48 hours via a private online link. If you need same-day digital downloads, let us know, and we’ll arrange expedited delivery.

  • What power and space requirements are needed?

    We need one standard 110V outlet within 25 ft of the booth. The booth footprint ranges from 6×6 ft (enclosed) to 8×8 ft (open-air). We’ll coordinate exact dimensions based on your chosen setup.

  • Is an attendant included?

    Yes—one friendly, trained attendant is included to set up, troubleshoot, and assist guests throughout your event. Additional attendants can be added for larger events.

  • Can guests share their photos on social media?

    Definitely! We offer on-site email/SMS sharing kiosks and instant social media uploads (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter). You can customize the shareable template and hashtags.

  • Are digital files included?

    All events include a full digital archive of high-resolution images. You can download, print, and share them however you like.

  • Do you travel out of town?

    We’re based in Jacksonville, FL, but travel statewide (or nationwide). Travel fees apply beyond a 50-mile radius and vary by distance. We’ll provide a detailed quote, including any lodging or per diem costs if an overnight stay is required.

    How It Works:

    1. Greeting Message

    Guests pick up the vintage-style phone (or pedestal-style option) and hear a pre-recorded greeting from the couple or event host. This message sets the tone and invites them to leave their message.

    2. Recording a Message

    After the greeting, guests speak directly into the phone to leave a message. It could be a warm wish, funny memory, advice, or a simple “Congratulations!”

    3. Hang Up to Save

    Once they hang up, the message is automatically saved. No need to press any buttons—it’s effortless and user-friendly for all ages.

    4. Delivery

    After the event, you receive all the recordings digitally. These audio keepsakes can be compiled into a digital album or even used in a wedding video or anniversary gift.
